General Terms and Conditions for the use of Website www.constructivelab.com

These Terms and Conditions of use ("Terms of Use") regulate the website of Constructive Laboratory located at www.constructivelab.com, as well as all sites connected by Constructive Lab to www.constructivelab.com, its branches and subdivisions, including the sites of Constructive Laboratory worldwide (under the common name "the Site"). The site is property of Constructive Laboratory Ltd. ("Constructive Laboratory") and its licensors. BY USING THIS SITE AND THE SERVICES PROVIDED THEREIN YOU EXPRESS YOUR CONSENT TO THE PRESENT GENERAL TERMS OF ITS USE, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER YOU ARE A VISITOR OR REGISTERED USER. Attention: Constructive Laboratory pursues a policy of zero tolerance to any materials running in contradiction to the applicable Bulgarian legislation, also including the regulations in the field of intellectual property rights and any foreign law in effect. In this connection Constructive Laboratory will exercise continuous control over the offered services, including the materials published on the site, irrespective of their type, format and function. If a warning is received about information data and/or resources being placed on the server of the site or any reference to ones containing materials in variance with the applicable Bulgarian legislation, the Internet ethics or the present General Terms, and following the verification of such warning, access to that content shall immediately be terminated without any prior notification and the competent authorities will be duly informed thereof.

In view of the periodic complementing and/or modification of offered services, the aim being to improve and expand the site, as well as in connection with possible legislative changes and/or instructions and orders by the competent state authorities that can affect the services provided, the Terms of Use of the Site can be unilaterally amended by Constructive Laboratory Ltd. Accounts, passwords, security

Certain options and services offered on or through this Site may require from you to create an account (also including the adjustment of a User Name for Constructive Laboratory and a password).

Registered users shall bear full responsibility for the protection of their user name and password, as well as for all acts performed by them or by any third party by making use of the user name or the password.

In the event of a user having granted to another person its password for access to use the services and contents of the site, the registered user shall remain the title holder of all its rights and obligations to Constructive Laboratory with all legal consequences therefrom deriving in conformity with the applicable Bulgarian legislation and in accordance with the present General Terms.

Registered users shall not be entitled to use someone else’s user name, password or account at no time without the explicit authorization and consent of the holder of the respective user name, password or account. No charges shall be brought against Constructive Laboratory for any loss or damage caused by your failure to observe this obligation.

Registered users undertake, while using the services provided, not to load, not to place in the server of the site, not send or use in any way and not to make known to any third parties any information, data, text, sound, files, software, music, photographs, graphics, video or audio materials, graphic or textual images of trademarks, messages or any other materials;

a) being in variance with the Bulgarian legislation, the applicable foreign laws, the present General Terms, the Internet ethics or the good manners;

b) containing threats against human life and bodily immunity;

c) disseminating discrimination based on sex, race, educational qualification, age and religion; professing fascist, racist or another undemocratic ideology;

d) with pornographic content or any other content endangering the normal mental development of minor persons or violating the norms of morality and good manners;

e) containing child pornography, sexual violence, as well as hyperlinks to sites with similar contents;

f) the contents of which violate human rights or freedoms granted under the Constitution and the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria or international instruments to which the Republic of Bulgaria is party;

g) representing trade, official or personal secret or other confidential information;

h) that are subject to copyrights or any similar rights, irrespective of their electronic type and format, save for the cases of possession of such right or where the acts were performed with the consent of the relevant title holder, as well as files containing information for access to such illegal contents, respective product keys or modified executive files;

i) derogatory to any third-party property or non-material rights, including title, intellectual property right, etc;

j) containing information about others’ passwords or rights to access without the consent of their title holder, as well as software for access to such passwords or rights.

Registered users undertake not to build and not to place in the server of the site any links or hyperlinks to Internet pages or resources with a content described in the preceding item.

The registration of a Site user can be terminated in the following events:

• The user may request termination of the service by way of prior written notification addressed to Constructive Laboratory;

• In the event of careless behavior on the part of the user expressed in failure to meet its obligations under these Terms of Use;

• In the event of deliberate behavior of the user expressed in acts or omissions causing material and/or non-material damage to persons linked to the Internet or associated networks.

Immediate termination of the registration of a user on the part of Constructive Laboratory shall be effected in the event of established abuse with a user name or password. In that case access to the site is automatically blocked. The abuse can take the form of a intentional provision of access (name or password) to a third party and/or of the willful theft of access information by technical or software means. In any event access shall be blocked until clarification of the causes therefore. In the event of a repeated abuse access can be denied irrespective of whether it has been paid or not.

Constructive Laboratory shall be entitled to refuse renewal of the registration of a user whose access to the system has been terminated due to unfair or intentional acts.

Confidentiality

Applicable law. Resolution of disputes

You agree that all issues related to your access and use of the Site, including all disputes in this respect, shall be reviewed in conformity with the laws of the R of Bulgaria and the European legislation in force, irrespective of the law of other countries.

In the event of contradiction or dispute between Constructive Laboratory and you arising from or in relation with your use of the Site, the parties shall endeavor, promptly and in good faith, to resolve such dispute. Where the parties fail to reach agreement for a voluntary and out-of-court settlement of the dispute, such dispute shall be referred before the competent Courts on the territory of the R of Bulgaria and the European Union, their jurisdiction being recognized by the parties and thses agree to submit thereto.

Invalid action in the event of a ban

Constructive Laboratory administrates and manages the Site constructivelab.com from (………………………), other sites of Constructive Laboratory can be administrated and managed from various locations outside (……………………….). Feedback and Information
